Shipping Policy
- Stock orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
- Motion Sports stock items are subject to availability. If an item ordered is out of stock, a representative will contact you within 1-2 business days using the contact information that was provided at the time the order was placed.
- When an order is placed, estimated delivery dates based upon the availability of the item(s), shipping method selected and final shipment destination will be provided. Standard Shipping charges are free Australia Wide and we offer express on most items.
- Motion Sports is not responsible for delayed delivery or damages due to shipping errors by shipping company.
- Order errors or changes must be reported within 90 days from the date of shipment.
- For international shipping, Motion Sports is not reliable for any import or local taxes or duties if they apply.
